thinkn about gettin a 98 z24cavalier 2.4L. thats surrounded by Mint condition almost that headgasket blew and theres coolant in the engine. 150kmiles on it. I would wanna hold the engine rebuilt any me n my dad or have a shop do it.... for single 200$
how long would it take for a shop to do it ? minimum time and a max?

Answers: Check like Checkers and other places that sell Long Blocks and Short Blocks with Core Exchange. That system, you give the broken motor and you carry a rebuild one underneath warranty. I suggest a Long Block since it has the Head and Block. The rest of the parts comes from the out-of-date engine. Short Blocks does not have the Head done, so you involve to put the old one. If the leader is fine, you can use it. But to be safe than sorry, I fairly have the Long Block,
