Answers: Glad to help. We've installed 3-4 dozen EBC slotted and dimpled rotors near absolutely no failures. These rotors are British made and the strike iron is magnificent. No warping or run-outs or cracks all the same.
Cross drilled and slotted rotors are very prone to cracking at or near the radius around the through holes.
Yet other customers on a tight budget constraint the off-shore el-cheapos from China. The metal in those rotors are simply awful. They warp, rust, and disintegrate quickly within the snowy regions of the US. Salt, road ashes and sand eat em up like cotton candy.
