I have be having this hissing nouns in my steering when it's cold. Could not check the PS myself as is below engine. I go foran oil cash today and had them check it, he said the PS fluid be low and mucky and I needed to have it flushed. So I did. $89.00. Was this flush needed?

probably, have you done any upholding to the power steering at all...did the resonance go away...if so YES
