i have a 2002 1.5L toyota boom with 74,000 miles, the coup¨¦ has be well maintain oil alter ext. when i acceletate at low rpms the car make this strange noise lower than the hood, its not loud but i can hear it, it sounds like somekind of churping similar to it sounds like the AC is on and its churping around, but the AC is bad, what could that churping be, and also i have notice my steering is feeling for a time stiff.
