I have a 2003 Suzuki XL7 V6. It have 4WD and I was told that I must other have 4 latest tires installed on this vehicle. I found this out after having 2 bright tires installed and hearing a strange reverberation in the drive train/transmission when I put it surrounded by 4WD.
The "dealer" said I should never only install 2 contemporary tires because it will cause mess up in the differential.
Has anyone else hear such a thing? This vehicle have automatic transmission.
Answers: Sounds to me resembling the Guy is trying to sell you tires. I don't see any function to change adjectives four tires at one time unless it's for normal wear.
As long as you alteration them with same size installed should be no problem. Also alteration axels in sets, a set of fronts and a set of rear. IE new tires on both front positions or alien tires on both rear positions. DON"T CHANGE a front and reverse with out also shifting the other front and rear. this will grounds problems. Make sure that the tires you have purchased are the proper size front to posterior and side to side.. If you have a up to date tire and an old tire on duplicate axel you may get some roar cause by the two different tire sizes. try and hang on to new and used tires on one and the same axel...
Regards!!
