After that he told me that i own to change so and so parts, i told him to do it, he didn't start the work,after soon i told him to not to do any work and give me support my car.Now he is recounting i have to repay the restocking fees for the parts?

Answers: I think soon is an acceptable amount of time to gain the parts in, so you might own to pay. I know it's inconvenient to be in need a car (or pay envelope for a rental), but they don't always own the parts just sitting on the shelf. Unless he told you that you'd own your car support the same morning, you might as well freshly let him do the repairs to compensate the fee. It sucks, I know.
