On a cold morning, I discovered that the windshield wiper arms on my 2001 Honda Odyssey were stiff. I be trying to de-ice the windshield, and I slowly pried the wiper blades away from the windshield (I was concerned around breaking something). No damage occur, but after putting the wipers back contained by place, one of the wiper arms did not make accurate contact with the windshield until it get a little space heater.
Are these springs at the end of their energy, or can I just write it adjectives off on the cold? If I have need of to replace the springs, is this a do-it-yourself job, and where on earth can I buy them?
Thanks for your answers.
Answers: Wd40 the spring hinges and possibly replace the wipers. Should clear itself up.
replace the wiper blades next to those made specifically for winter weather
