I am building a racing prairie mower and i just get a briggs and straton engine with a starter i hae everything. but the mower wont even see over. not even a click. i dont know what to do... So i have arranged to start buying new parts similar to starters, solenoid, battery etc. i purely need parts unless someone know how to fix it. if you do just please post it thank you.
Most new Briggs engine parts are pretty much sold at MSRP at lawnmower shops.
The private dealer just dont enjoy a lot of wave backwards and forwards room on price.
Other lawn mower parts appear pretty reasonable at TRUE VALUE stores.
Unless you own a Craftsman mower,in which shield you are locked into Sears (there are after market adaptors for standard blades on Craftsman mowers,and things close to that but you guys dont have blades on see mowers right?)

If you need used parts, progress find the local mower repair shops. They will often supply parts cheap to 'walk-ins' .
