Electrical problems?

Car not cranking.

Hall sender replaced
Ignition coil replaced
new freestyle
tci unit replaced

ok, at hand are two wires going to the starter motor. the wire from the battery-operated and the wire from the ignition switch. the flex from the battery give 12.35 V so thats fine. But when switching the ignition switch in the cranking position, the reading singular gives 7,05V. Does it also stipulation to be 12V for the car to start?
Some read out it is a bad ground, but the starter motor is connected to the block which give a good glum.

Important: when i HOTWIRE the car i.e touch the lead from the battery beside the wire from the ignition switch, the saloon starts.
So where to from here?

Car won't start.?

Answers:    Did you replace the ignition switch?

also sounds like you may hold a problem with the wires that travel from the battery to the ignition to the starter, one of those wires might be doomed to failure
