My car is ripened. This year it failed the emission test. I took it to the shop, and they said nought is wrong with the coup¨¦. They said to drive it around for a while to clear out the engine, and then it should testing okay. Does this make sense? If so, how long should I drive it around until that time going in? I am confused.

what are the reading on your question paper .... that sheet you give you a clue whats wrong ..... if it bungled it failed . also does the shop you took it to own a 4 gas aynalizer.... did they hook any thing up to your motor to see what thier readings are??
