Answers: put in a investigational thermostat
with engine past its sell-by date and fairly cool remove radiator hat. locate upper radiator hose and follow it to the thermostat housing. notice a funny looking nut on top. its the bleed spout...hold the bottom nut tight while loosening the top screw..careful not to clutch it out all the agency..it'll fall and you may lose it. i'm an ex GM tech......be there. immediately with the screw loose attach coolant and water 5o/50 to the radiator...it will force nouns out the bleed hole....this may take awhile.........engine sits lower than radiator which cause air to bring trapped.sometimes i had to bring to the fore the front of the van up with a jack to relieve the air out.think twice and good luck. e communication me back if you obligation more help
