Answers: P1621 comes up as engine management control module ECM fault.
The misfire may own nothing to do with this code.
I would start at the misfiring cylinders and work fund around the ignition system. plugs ,leads and distributer.
If it persists you involve to get the code erased and see if it comes back on.
