You aren't going to bore the pistons, you are going to bore the block. The apparatus shop will charge you for each surpass, so the larger the bore you are going over, then the more charges you will hold. The pistons will have to be replaced next to larger sized ones, same with the rings.
Are you planning on taking the engine out of the motor and removing the pistons and just taking the stripped block in?
Call a local automotive tool shop and ask them about the charges and the total cost of the work that you want done.
That would be better than asking here.

That depends on the engine! Basically, the sump and cylinder head own to be removed to allow access to and removal of the pistons and con rods through the top of the engine.
After the rebore, you could possibly need to fit oversized pistons and rings to be paid up for the extent of the rebore.
Its a VERY expensive and labour intensive situation which will run into hundreds of pounds.
