Excessive positive crankcase pressure?

02 chrys. 2.7ltr It has 110k, very very well taken care of. allways used quaker oil. awfully little consumption. i changed to mobile oil for high milage. 2k then oil is blowing out of dipstick vent. has begin pcv, not kind w/ check. checked air filter and found white greasy substance around hose vent crankcase.there is absolutly no water contained by oil. checked oil at revise. blew out hoses w/ compressed air (all material gone) weather here have been cold so more than likely condensate w/ grease. dont drive very far to work but engine does get to mundane temp several times week, long enough to evaporate moisture. after changing grease back to quaker and replacing air filter, blowing out adjectives vacuum hoses to crankcase. it has slowed greatly but still pushes a little grease out of dipstick vent (just under dipstick o-ring)

Answers:    Your first big mistake was using QS grease at all!! Your engine is full of sludge from using it. Proof:: Remove your oil filler bonnet and flip it over. It is probably coated with a brown or black coating of varnish, or dry flaky carbon. The whole inside of your engine will look exactly resembling this! QS oil begins to break down almost hastily upon installation. When you added the Mobil One, which is loaded with detergent, it was trying to remove adjectives the junk in your engine that the QS not here behind!! The right thing to do is to do a total engine de-sludge, and swear bad the QS. Stick with the Mobil One. You may have to fine-tuning the Mobil One sooner the first time around, but the second install will usually last for a year or longer. Also, remove and clean your PCV spout and hoses and examine for severe deterioration. The acidic vapors that inevitably come form the use of QS may have dissolved the rubber portions and hoses may own collapsed, restricting it's usefullness, and creating more vapor build-up. Also, clean out your throttle body with Gum-out to remove the carbon deposits buillt up here, too. If you individual knew the truth!!
