anyone ever have a buff fabric top on thier vehicle, that gets adjectives these small circular dirty spots (lots of them), I have pressure wash numerous times and it doesnt help, i am considering scrub it, but with what ? Thanks
Answers: you could try tuff stuff foam spray hearth rug and upolstery cleaner and a brush or when I detailed cars in the 60's I used ajax and a brush and it did a moral job.

Soak the top beside water and spray near degreaser let sit for a few minutes making sure the top is kept moist. Use the shop vac to suck the solution from the cloth and foam. continue to drizzly the top with sea and remove it until the suds created by the degreaser is removed. Explore the possibility of using an anti mold treatment or scotchguard to increase the time between major cleanings.
