I'm trying to find the best thing to seal a small slick on a rubber gas line

Answers: It's a rubber fuel line,it have to be replaced. If you are looking to repair it due to the amount of work if it's above the fuel tank...You can cut a 3 sided ,6 x 6", access hole under the backside seat.Roll the sheet metal to the side, Replace fuel hose, push floor back down & stamp with silicon. Good Luck =^ )
