i tried scrubbing next to water this stuff is tough it would steal hours to remove the sticky with hose down

U can buy can of spray ice, u spray it on sticky stuff close to chewing gum etc.
U spray the sticky stuff with the can of rime spray untill the sticky stuff goes complicated, then most things its a covering of gently scrape it off next to a dinner knife or similar, dont verbs too hard, u may enjoy to repeat if u get down to another sticky stratum.
