i just put a fog table lamp switch out of a 98 mustang into my 95 it fits the harness and ever thing but when i flip the switch it doesnt work. My vehicle originally didnt come with the switch or fog lights is at hand something i need to do to win them to work. i plugged it in to the cars electrics harness if that helps any.

Probably needs the fog kerosene lamp RELAY and the harness connection to net it work.
These lamps draw a VERY hulking amount of power and as such they need a relay to supply power to them. A simple switch does not hold the power handling capacity to nurture the lamps so the switch is relegated to "operating" the relay which operate the lamps.
