Ford CAN BUS PIDs?

I am a Senior at Penn State and I have been assigned a senior project that requires me to build a tool that can read from the CAN bus of a Ford. Unfortunately, I am incompetent to find Ford's CAN PIDs anywhere! I have tried contacting them, but they weren't helpful. My graduation hinge on my obtaining these codes. The specific codes I will need are the codes for the MAF sensor and MAP sensor. Any other codes would be spick and span to have, as well, but the MAF and MAP are the individual ones that are vital to the completion of my project.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,
Ben

P.S. Are Ford's CAN PIDs uniform for adjectives models, or are there different codes for every model? I plan on testing my final product on a Rent-A-Car, so if the PIDs are model-specific please I will have need of to know what model and year they are for.

Answers:    Are you looking for specific diagnostic trouble codes(DTC), or the source code for programming?

Edit:
Here are some MAF/MAP DTCs; P0068, P0102, P0103, P0104, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0109, P1100, P1101.

Just to let you know there are two CAN networks. HSCAN and MSCAN. All powertrain codes are on the HSCAN grating.

2nd edit:
The signals sent to the modules from the sensors are usually simple electrical signals(volts, ohms...etc). A typical MAF PID will generally read .6-.7 volts at hot be idle. If you need a typical PID value I can abet you, but if you need to figure out how to "talk" to the modules I can't give a hand you.
