Before Ford Mo. Co. started mass producing the Taurus and the Explorer. Why didn't they thoroughly test them in adjectives countries and in all driving conditions for several hundred thousand miles first to find out where on earth the weak links in the fasten are; in order to increase the design before mass production?
These cars wear plauged with adjectives sorts of mechanical and electrical problems. Flawed AXOD transmissions. Flawed suspension designs. Shoddy Firestone tires. Poor quality interiors. Bad engine electrical/electronic sensors. etc.

Engineers are presently testing vehicle for production in 2010, On some vehicles if they hold worked out all the bugs on the test area , they will release them for production earlier.It's the same contained by all production facilities. They design, build and check the product as much as possible before the product is put out for production, However, if a competitor is coming out with a foreign line then they hold to release their product early to stay in competition.
