check the antifreezeif it is mixed because it must be 50%water or it never get hot enough to make available heat

Why would near be a blue substance...

Answers:    Sounds like blower motor, blower motor resistor, or blend door not actuate properly. Start the car and put the heat on and generate sure all setting of the fan are working, that eliminate the blower motor as well as the resistor, then be aware of around the evaporator case under the fly and see if the door isn't opening or closing all the bearing.

How do you adjust a torque wrench?

Can't tell, but I would verbs the plug on the AC compressor to make sure no cold air is coming contained by and try moving the selector from floor to vent to mix to defrost. Worth a try.

Is this problem beside my Toyota truck...

My car is a1995 Ford Aspire that I get 2 years ago, VERY used. It hasn't had heat or defrost since I get it. I have to use that defrosting spray on the inside if I drive it surrounded by cold temps. Like yours, everything seems to be in working proclaim, but I can't see sinking a couple hundred $s into a car that old that singular cost me $400 in the first place. I've sort of gotten used to it, I guess.
