Answers: Before I would go into the tranny or something expensive I would check the simple things first. Change the fuel filter first. Some truck enjoy two one up by the engine and the other buy the tank.
I am not a professional but if it be my truck I would think within is a bad sensor somewhere within your turbo. Or your turbo is bad.
