I opened my grease cap only just and looked into it. Looks like i hold oil sludge. The color isnt black but more close to a dark brown color. i drive a 95 honda conformity. I change the grease regularly but i always use the cheapest one that jiffy lube offer. Any way i can exhaust the sludge? thanks

Many automakers including Dodge, Audi, VW, and BMW are extending warranty on vehicles that are sludging up and cause major engine trouble, even on cars that own the oil changed more repeatedly than is recommended. The only point all of the cars hold in adjectives is the manufacturer recommend synthetic oil. I focus the synthetic is a part of the problem, compounded by poor grease return systems. If you have a Honda sludging, it more than promising has giant miles. I think this one is a situation of Jiffy Lube's cheap Pennzoil (recycled oil) and the high mileage. I wouldn't budge synthetic, but you might want to go 5w30 for a while. Also, check next to Honda before attempting to flush your engine. They may hold warnings against using most of the chemicals found contained by these 'magic' flushes and instant engine killers. Some of the flush chemicals are notably corrosive to internal engine parts and will eat bearing and swell up seals and rubber components. Honda may own a solution for you, or the correct flush chemical and method for your vehicle. Good luck.
