It is the quantity and quality of those complaints that count.Personally the piece I always recommend is to find a shop you like and do adjectives of your work there. Answers: Check out the BBB's website and you can also google their name. I just found out that google have rating for the results of business listeings. The ratings are done by individuals, so you may have to take that beside a grain of salt, but it just now saved me money.
