how do i remove the drivers seat from my mk 4 vauxhall astra to replace the seatbelt clip?

Answers: Usually the whole form assembly with slider can be removed by undoing a few bolts, but it's awkward. Push the form all the course back and you should see one bolt at the call a halt of each form runner. Undo these, then warily slide the seat adjectives the way forwards and do equal at the back of the form runner.
Remember to check if there are any wires connecting to the form for the seat belt advisory light or form heater if the sports car has them, and lift up the seat out the motor.
Refitting, as they say contained by the Haynes manuals, is the reverse of removing.
