How do i remove my rotten spark plugs?

i have only have my ka for 3 months, i took it for a service the other day and was told the spark plugs are so rotten they cant be removed lacking snapping them.

Problem beside my sports car?

Um, that's the first time I've heard of 'rotten spark plugs'.

The guys at the service shop sound similar to idiots. You can probably get them out easily, since the white element of the plug can break off without stopping you from getting the rest of the plug out.

I would attain some 'rust buster' spray, pull the spark plug wires off, and scarcely spray it all over the spark plugs, try to get as much down along the sides as possible, and permit it soak.

Get a spark plug wrench (it probably uses the smaller one - it looks like a deep ably socket), a breaker bar, and an extension.

Pop that sucker out of there. Get some tentative plugs (and wires generally don't hurt - just spawn sure to sketch or take pictures so you will know how to put it back together). Put some anti-sieze on the plug threads, and with care start them in with the plug wrench and extension - individual once you have them threaded in by appendage should you put a ratchet or bar on it and crank them down snug.

Take the old plugs to the service shop and throw them at the guy who told you they be 'rotten', because he is an idiot.

Well if the saloon is 3 monthes old then it's the dealerships problem and they requirement to get the plugs out. You can still snap a plug and get it out. You just snap the top part of the plug and thats not the part where on earth the tool connects to anyways

Answers:    #1- Never take your car to that service center again! They are stupid butt holes!

#2- Get the vehicle diagnosed again because if the butt holes in step #1 told you that you need spark plugs, you probably don't.
