I wanna make a flame thrower on my car. I've hear all you need is an igniton coil, spark plug and power. Is it neccesary to remove the catiliac converter if i own fuel injection.
if you don't know the answer to that, you don't need to do it yourself, you can just buy a flamethrower that hooks into your exhaust,

2. install a solenoid at the end of the line
3. at the output of the solenoid, attach an exit tube for the fuel and attach a spark plug to the termination of that.
4. wire the spark plug and the solenoid to a push switch. of course using gelatinous wire because that spark plug needs illustrious current.
5. test it out.
note, adjectives this i just thought up, so mabey it won't work, but it makes sense that it would.
oh step 6. don't procure caught, im pretty sure those things are illegal on street vehicles

On the old cars, you pulled the choke halfway to catch unburned gas flowing through the exhaust, then hit the switch on the coil. Fuel injection is computer controlled, so unless you have your laptop connected to the OBD and you enjoy made a program to bump the fuel mix, you will have to add a propane cistern or some similar source in the tailpipe.
