How do you fix a remote that have liquid dropped on it?

HELP! See what had happend was that i be eating and my cup fell on the remote. I unscrewed it and dried the inside and now it won't turn the tv on. Oh and is it possible that I could buy matching remote and it will work for the t.v. Thank you in advance.

Just buy a Universal remote and program it to your TV. They are very effortless to program. You don't need the same one that come with your TV.

Answers: Clean the inside next to rubbing alcohol. Replace batteries. If it still doesn't work, buy a new one. Exact model should work fine. Universal models will do important functions but possibly not all functions.
