Answers: A 70s wheel is fairly dated, so, here's a few suggestions in travel case you haven't received an appropriate answer by the deadline of this question:
Perhaps it's best for you to email and ask frail school skate shops nearly that. If they are good shops they'll be glad to sustain you out, even if you are not looking to buy anything from them.
I had a sound out once, which I emailed to several companies (just in shield some don't reply or take ages to reply). I started the email by dictum, "I'm not looking to buy anything but would like your counsel, if you don't mind. Here's my question....".
If you want you can look for an online community of mature school skateboarders and ask for their counsel.
You can also go to silverfishlongboarding.com and post a interview there, although you'll enjoy to register. It's got slightly an active community, where on earth some of the members are shop owners or veteran skaters and /or longboarders, so you'll most probably get hold of replies quite hastily.
Good luck.
