First, there is no timing belt on your engine. The guy that said that you should correction the timing belt ... well, he wants to stop answering questions, he's demonstrably got no clue what he's aphorism.
Anyhow, I'd recommend getting a Haynes manual for your voyager, it'd brand it way easier for you to appreciate.
One tip tho, it's easier to reach the bolts on the hose down pump from underneath the vehicle. The picture below shows the engine, the water pump is on the bottom right (of the picture)
