I have to enjoy some serious maintenance done to my vehicle (as in replace a loose tie rod and a nonspecific tune up). The problem is that every time I take my vehicle in to my dealership for continuation they've ripped me off! I spent months combat with them in the region of a warranty I bought with the coup¨¦ and by the time the fighting be over: the warranty expired.
I'm afraid I'm being ripped rotten because the mechanics just see me as some stupid girl beside a car. I own very little money and hold a job that requires I hold a properly functioning car, so I can't afford to be financially taken control of anymore.
Can anyone give me tips on how to avoid individual ripped off when I purloin my car to achieve fixed?
Answers: Take your car to three or four or more places and capture estimates, then compare them. Have them hail as you before you own them do the repairs, ask for your parts that have be replaced and if there is a core on the factor, still ask to see it.
