Runs well, uses in the region of 1 qt per 1500 miles, 5 speed, just use to jump to work, any ideas on repair of spigot gasket?
Also any ideas on fast repair of surface rust around back doors, prep etc. Thanks,
Answers: usually around 50 -60 bucks on the gasket, parts and adjectives,on the rust you can sand it off and prime over it and use some touch up paint on it,that will lend a hand slow it down some,if its just an ripened work vehicle you can make it look pretty well-mannered,any parts store will have touch up paint within a spray can for it,good luck near it.
The labor guide shows .9 hours for the 4 cylinder engine and 5.4 hours to do both sides on the V-6 engine. The gasket set runs around $40.
