Every other key cycle no start not getting any spark have replaced ign module, sunhat, rotor getting fule any ideas?

Check out the ignition switch as all right. If it is bad/short it will not send a signal to turn on the coil and ignition system.
Possibly the pcm. Not a cheap repair but might be your problem. might also be that you fuel pump or filter is getting glogged (but you would still have spark) most likey the pcm.
Answers: If your getting fuel at the injectors, injectors are squirting then the loss of spark would be ignition coil, plug wires or wires from module to coil.
