I hold no model what is wrong beside my saloon, it died on the method to work?

I changed the fuel filter on my 1992 chevy caprise, which was VERY DISCUSTING, black and black can be, full of gunk, and consequently it was running fine yesterday, adjectives night. I get up this morning, and it wouldn't start, it will start, but not fire up, even starting fluid didn't matter, woudln't fire up. I hold no idea what is wrong, gas is getting to the engine, i checked the fuel row, but it just won't start? I newly don't know since it worked all daylight yesterday after changing the fuel filter, but in a minute it won't work. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Answers: Fuel filters can be installed surrounded by 2 directions. Correct direction and wrong direction.

Is it possible that some of this gunk flowed into your injectors and get stuck there (blocking the fuel flow)? You can listen to the injectors to see if they are functioning correctly using a auto stethoscope. The cheapest one at Sears is in the order of $15.

If thesd things don't fix it then it is possible that some member of your ignition broke (possibly during the other repair). Check to see if you are getting spark on all cylinders.
