I recently purchased a pre-owned 2005 Saturn Relay. Since I've have it, I've had problems near it. I have taken it final to the dealership and supposedly they fixed whatever the problem be, but still I could not tell any change. Now there is a topical problem. Everytime I turn the ignition key it will start and later cuts off. I enjoy to do this at least 2-3 times plus put my foot on the gas wad in directive for the car to stay running. I am a single mom next to 4 kids and right now repairing this vehicle is not in my budget. I am trying my best to hold my cool and talk to the dealership again from which I purchased my vehicle from almost this new problem. I longing there be law stating that the dealership is required by statute to inform those purchasing a pre-owned vehicle what past problems the sports car has and what requests to be fixed on it. The dealership asured me that the car have been inspected thoroughly until that time even put back on the lot, but I am sure it wasn't. Can anyone make clear to me what could be causing
Answers: Not sure how recent is recent but if you bought the vehicle from a Saturn dealership and it was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, you should be capable of complain to the manager that this coup¨¦ has given you nought but trouble since you purchased it. If he gives you another fate to try and fix it at their garage, then permit him...this time he might put some pressure on the Service department to do a more thorough job. If it still act up after that work, then I'd complain to Saturn's Customer Assistance Center almost the lousy customer service and questionable CPO program from this particular dealership. If you don't want to walk to that extreme, then you can try bringing it to another Saturn dealership if there's another one implicit you and hope that their Service Dept is more competent.

Since it's a 2005 car, the spanking new car warranty is still contained by effect for 3 years or 36K miles. If you're over those figures consequently if you purchased this vehicle from a no-name Used Car dealership, then you're out of luck if the vehicle simply came next to a 30-day warranty. Once that warranty is expired you'll have to start paying for the repairs out of your own pocket.
