I necessitate to own my immobilizer reprogrammed,whats the least possible expensive route?

My 97 Prelude was recently broken into by amatuer thieve.I say amatuer because they broke a window to gain entry(making for closely of noise which got the cops call on themselves),then they attemped to "hot wire" the ignition both by using hand tools and by adjectives and unplugging wires.Well I guess these idiots never heard of honda's immobilizer and were baffled and continued to f my saloon up in a futile attempt to steal it.When they were done pointlessly nouns my steering colunm they settled on stealing my tools and stereo and breaking another window for... "fun".Anyways,I put the car backbone together, but in the end they rendered my key useless. I dont even get the green key immobilizer reading light or any other lights when I try to start the car.I am a competent mechanic and would really just appreciate someone steering me surrounded by the right direction.Thanks
