I want to paint my tires?

I painted my hubcaps which were silver,to black using "dupli-color" big heat engine paint...they come out like this:

the problem is,i painted them on tuesday and it's raining today,the paint already started to chip rotten,what can i do to repaint it and do it so it doesn't chip off,fade,or trim for a very lone time?? what paint should i buy...gratefulness.

Answers: your going to need a plastic primer or the paint will not stick on the hubcaps they provide this at any auto parts store
its not really a primer or sealant but you do need it to paint any plastic
also there's nil that will make paint stick to the rubber on your tires if you try to paint them it will flake bad and look terrible stick to armor adjectives

not sure about the paint, but you neet to prep the surface beforehand you paint. try sanding it down somewhat bit so the paint has something to stick to.
