The light indicator has chimed twice since I bought the sports car in November '07 saying I have a brake light out. One time I looked with the lights on and here was a brake light out...but after a few days the indicator go off and the light come back on. A few weeks ago the same article happened but only for a time then it went wager on off, I checked my brake lights again and both were functioning correctly. Is this a fuse issue? Or is my brake street light getting weak and about to budge out?

Answers: your brake fluid is probley right on the edge of low level, when veh is thaw out top off brake fluid to the max line and every entity should be good. but being an 07 I assume have low milage. take it to the deal and consent to them put in the brake fluid. why waste your money for something they can do on the service drive.

Go to the dealer! Your car is beneath warranty. You might have gotten a brake light bulb from the factory that have a bad filament in it. The electronics within your fine Audi read the resistances in the light bulbs to determine whether or not they work properly. The first piece to do is to replace your brake light bulbs with hot ones, making sure that the bulb bases are made of the same fabric as the original bulbs (NOT copper base).
