okay i asked this before ably kinda but i know what it's called appreciation to someone anyways.
my abs/trac/service light is on and i want to procure it checked out and i know autozone does it for free but he said something about a fuse human being blown out and a friend told me it's an ALDL plug but i have no clue what explicitly and is it hard to variation. I haven't asked midas because i know they will charge alot just to rework it so i was wondering if anyone know any books or a good description on how to do it yourself

Answers: The aldl plug is where on earth you plug in a diagnostic computer to read the trouble codes within your cars computer...I have never hear of one going bad or need to be replaced, they are usually located on the underside of the dash on the drivers side they will be black or gray within color.
