Is this problem next to my Toyota truck due to a skipper gasket??

When I started my truck up this evening the engine sounded nearly like the muffler be off of it. i be driving it down the road and was thinking why it sounded so rough and loud, and I notice the lights beginning to flicker a bit on the hurtle lights and then I notice the temerature gage was adjectives the way over to Hot as far right as it could travel.

I had driven it for 10, possibly 15 minutes by then I pulled over and I notice , not much but just a bit of smoke coming out of the hood nouns, it soon stopped.

I called the Auto parts store and spoke near a gentleman within who told me that it was probably my hose down pump being locked up and not to drive it.

I have a new river pump put on at the Toyota dealership I think ending June (not this June of 07 , but the previos June) when I had a brand new timing belt put on.

I think my engine is non interference, but I be wondering if I did any serious damage or not to it.

I vanished it there and will hold it towed in tommorow to the Toyota seller

My motor slipped and my front vanished...

The smoke coming out of the hood is your coolant evaporating sour your engine block. This is caused by the coolant leak from the space created by the cracked head gasket, and so heating the engine up, and cause the coolant to evaporate. Did you notice any grades on the engine where the coolant could own seeped through the crack between the cylendar cranium and engine block, if so, it is definately your head gasket, except, your water pump may enjoy seazed again or you have a blockage
