Leakng nouns fluid from tub..HELP!?

I had a shop months back work on my saloon. Apparently they overtightened some screws on my transmission fluid vessel. I had experienced some minor leakage so I fixed to drop the pan, replace the gasket and fix the issue. 2/3's of the screw holes had be slightly bent in causing the tub not to be flush with the tranny after I tried to replace it.

After rethreading screw holes with Heli-Coil's and..using silicone to help out seal.then using Permatex Gasket Sealer (which didn't "set" but simply stayed tacky) it still would wind up leaking AGAIN AND AGAIN..I get a NEW pan and plan to re-install with a unsullied gasket...At this point I have tried EVERYTHING but this. All things considered shouldn't THIS solve my issue at least?!?? I am sooo f*cking frustruated! lol..

I Brake For Accords?

How do you remove the front door...

Make sure you don't over fill the nouns, that is a common incentive.

I stipulation to replace the speed sensor...

Answers:    did you drill out the holes and install heli-coils? or use inserts and a smaller screw?

the correct track would be to drill out and insert heli-coils or keen serts. make sure you break stale the tang or the screws will hit the tang and you will think that they are torqued down.

produce sure that the insert are below the mating surface of the tranny flange. is the flange surface flat no damage?

i other use silicone gasket compound on the pan side only. the red colour i believe.

if you are really have a problem use prematex permanent gasket compound on both sides. it ill be a bitc(a) to take off the next time though.

what ever you use verbs the surfaces really good. brake cleaner works great, just pay attention where you spray it. try using a cloth soaked in the cleaner.

when torquing the container start in the middle and finger tighten each contraption screw alternating sides and working to the end.

what torque are you using? use a torque wrench and repeat the pattern.

what is the given name of the shop so that we can all avoid it.
