Answers: Maybe you should inventory your concerns in "Additional details". From what I could see, you hold a couple worn tires, and some positive chamber on the rear right tire. It be hard to narrate what the issue with the headlight be. The moisture in the headlight is effortlessly solved, and might not have be visible to the tech at the time of repair. Have you contacted Ford?
