Metal bumper repair 91 GMC Sonoma?

I have a 91 GMC Sonoma that got stuck contained by the snow today and a nice man came with his truck and said he have a tow cable and offered to tow me out. I assumed he knew what he was doing since he offered and have a tow cable, so I got back into my truck. Well he didnt know and concluded up wrapping the tow cable around my rear bumper instead of on the ball. It be pretty stuck and long story short it ended up bending the metal on my bumper out a good 5 inches beneath the license plate.

I didnt really complain since he got me out of the snow and all, and a short time ago suggested he used the ball next time.

Anyway, how should I shift about getting the bumper looking somewhat normal? Its a piece of unwanted items truck anyway (cosmetically), and I wont take it to the shop or get a tentative bumper since I can live with the damage if I enjoy to.

Look metal bumper ( or crome bumpers) because is the hindmost of the car, they make this type of bumpers really strong so when folks want to town something they can use it without any doubt that it will brake. In this case, if the bumper is bended plentifully, you won't be able to get it straight again. You could but everything depens on how big the wounded is. Usually people buy new bumpers unless you enjoy the right machines and tools to fix it. Sorry about your accident. Next time even if you expect that those people know what they are doing is good to hold on to a eye on what they are doing. Specially on things that belongs to you. Good look.
If it`s a metal chrome or painted bumper they run from $50 and up at the wreckers , I wouldn`t wast time repairing it unless you really don`t care about it. Try looking here. http://car-part.com/. Otherwise find a steel post contained by the ground and back into it until you get it close to straight. Up to you. Probably do more smash up trying to straighten it than replacing it in under an hour. Good luck and be gratefull you didn`t own to pay for a tow truck. Btw Cloe!! Do you buy a new vehicle every year? Get tangible girl . Better yet tell us how weak your car is. Bet yours is just as old-fashioned unless Daddy buys you a new one every year. Give your head a shake , Brat

Answers:    Since it's already a beat up truck, I would suggest using a big hammer to bend the bumper down if it is interfering beside the tailgate. Then, gently back it into a concrete wall to knock it pay for in. Make sure it doesn't smash into the bottom of the tailgate. There is no way to return with it perfectly smooth again, so just overwhelm it back into place as good as you can. BTW if the bubble is attached to the bumper, the same thing would enjoy happened.
