two time now.. when the truck within the shop, came out the OD lantern keep flashing on and bad, and shiff so nasty, very soon the guy say i own to fix the OD botton.. I brought there because I broke the nouns when the OD switch was working fine the truck lately wont go into rear).. so in a minute It has strange tran, which he say. and i enjoy to pay 300 more to draw from the OD switch fix.. 3000.00 already i pad the guy.. please can anyone back me.. 99 fordranger... how can i bring him to court.

It is pretty unashamed to me that the repair shop is neither reputable nor honest. For $3000 your transmission should hold been fixed and guaranteed. I would bear it back and emergency that it be repaired correctly or you will call your attorney. If you enjoy a written estimate then here should be documentation. If you don't have a written estimate next you don't have much to stand on. Verbal contracts are sometimes binding and sometimes not. I imagine you should have taken it to a place close to aamco or a ford dealership because I doubt they would have charged you any more next the other shop did. Good luck.
