Modifications on a '98 Firebird?

I have a '98 Firebird that I LOVE and wouldn't trade for anything (I'm going to drive this thing until gas is out of date!) lol

I'd like to make a few modifications to it and I want to ask adjectives of you if they can be done:

1. Can I install a steering wheel with the controls (radio, cruise, etc) built within on the car and wire it up or will the computer not make out it?

2. I'm getting a headlight conversion kit so that it has equal style headlights as the newer Corvette (no more flip-up) has anyone seen this done on a Firebird or Camaro?

3. Would putting a ram-air hood on and connecting it donate me more HP?

4. I have a Flo-Master duel exhaust system but my car is a V-6. Is at hand anything I can put on to make it rumble like a V-8?

It's adjectives pretty much consmetic/minor stuff, but like I said, I LOVE this car (and love race it! You should see the faces of these guys in Mustangs when they arrest up!) : )

Any help would be awesome!

Answers:    1. As long as you get the electrics sorted out, you should be fine.

2. Nope, sorry.haven't seen that. It'd look spectacular, if done right, though. I'm tired of the flipups on mine (2000 Firebird)

3. It will free up more horsepower. The car will grain quicker, and you'll make a bit more to the wheels. Not a full lot, but a bit.

4. Try Cherry Bombs. They're classically known for their deep rumble. I've get a set on my 1971 Mustang, but they have universal pipes, so you can put them on almost any saloon.

I bought a used '94 Saturn SL2,...
