Mondeo inner locking problem!?

the central locking on my bf's m reg mondeo started actin up na coupla weeks ago... it started by not lettin him out from inside so he had to entwine the window down to open hgis door from the out side... at that same time it wouldnt unlock the complete car from the outside anymore so he had to tolerate people in from the inside (which he could do from the other doors freshly not his side from the inside)... last night he couldnt even agree to himself out with the window down mwthod and immediately he has to climb over the passenger side to get out and contained by lol its a funny sight to watch (but contained by all seriousness we need 2 sort it b4 it locks us within or out completely) could any1 help with suggestions what we could try to fix it please ?

Answers:    Hi im a mechanic but using my wife,s e-mail.
That year of mondeo suffer beside the wiring,pull the mat up in the drivers footwell,by the drivers seat here is a wiring loom with a united in it this joint corrodes and basis,s all sorts of problems with the intermediate locking.Quite often the joint requests cutting out and replacing.

Is it not an option to take the motor to a garage and have it checked out? Obviously the electrics/mechanics in the centralized locking system is not working properly.

You should be careful using the sports car because in case of an coincidence (or some other emergency) you might find yourself locked in and unable to carry out.
