My 93 Topaz get stuck within park!?

Its a 3.0L V6 w/ an automatic tranny. I have to fiddle around next to the brake pedal for a few minutes before it gets out of park. I be told it might have something to do with a lead thats connected to the brake switch above the brake pedal.

Anyone know about this or how to fix it. Pictures would help.

Thanks

My goldwing wont shift?

if it is that switch you will see a wire and a button that the back of the brake pedal probally up glorious under it if so then you could replace it fairly easily and make sure of the safekeeping switch in your shifter also and you dont have to hold either switch if you discontinue them just dont discontinue the one for yor brake neutral

How can I find classes within antique...

Answers:    It is parked on a hillock? If so, next time when you park the car, apply the parking brake (that is what is for) and place it on park. The immensity the vehicle will rest on the brakes not the Transmission Pawl. When is on a hill, the weight of the vehicle rest on a pin and beside time will wedge itself, making it difficult to shift.

Is not recommended or should vote, bad driving habits to place the tranny on park and quit it that way. Eventually might jump from the pawl and you own a run away car. Causing and accident and costing more. So the extra step on applying the parking brake is in good health worth it.

Good luck ! :-)
