Answers:    Could be one of the safety switches installed near the remote start. Check the one under the hood. It should any look like a door pin that grounds out to the body when the hood is open and disables the remote start. Or there will be a mercury tilt switch mounted to the hood itself. If you enjoy the door pin switch style it sometime rusts enough to variety contact and ground out the switch. Just unplug the one wire and tolerate it hang and see if it starts. If it's the tilt switch style only just unscrew it and hold it with the mercury not contacting the 2 pins inside the cup tube and see if it starts...if it does it may need to be re-adjusted.
