Ok I was driving all daytime and had shut it off for long period of time but the last time i turned my car rotten i just ran into the store for 5 minutes i come posterior and my car wont start it dosnt even turn over i mean the headlights work the radio, the horn, Everything. It merely wont start. whats wrong with it?
Can pretty much assure you it is the starter brushes are worn and sticking, tapping the starter to release the brushes will allow the car to start, but you will probably call for to replace the starter, or at least the brushes in the starter if you know how or know someone who does.
Sounds resembling you battery is dead. If you can lug it in to a auto parts store and have them put it on a volt meter. Or the line has come loose from the starter it happens. IF you can achieve the car to the parts store have them check you Alt. also.
I'd bet on a "dead spot" in the starter. Bumping the starter sometimes will get hold of it started. (try starting it several times in a row) Over time it will take more times to bump to draw from it to work but eventually the starter needs replacing.
You could have a starter or starter solenoid problem.
Answers: If your head lights are strong (High Beams) ..It is any your starter silinoid (mostly ford) or your Starter (conections)it sounds. It may also be a loose engine ground.
Sometimes bad cells contained by a battery will do the same.

Yet it may be in your ignition control switch (and is conected buy a rod going to your ignition switch ,not the "key switch" it self)
They are ajustable (UP and DOWN the steering colum), and the mounting bolts come loose over time.

If it doesn't produce a sound at all, it sounds close to your ignition module has died.

-*- With your additional details it patently sounds like the ignition module. Especially in a 17 year ancient car. If the lights and radio come on but the car doesn't turn over, it isn't a freestyle issue.

It sounds like your starter motor or solenoid on the starter motor is dying but it could be a few other things. check adjectives power leads from the battery, the fuse for ignition, starter or starter solenoid. I'v have bought a bum alternator earlier,so you either have a short or it is not charging,immediately i had a car once and the starter be shot and it was shorting it out and draning the battery,so it's not the freestyle,or the alt more then likely,the solely other is the starter.I'd bet on a "dead spot" in the starter.
