Answers: a nut spliter might get surrounded by there but if not bring a brand new chisle and hammer away cut a division out then beat a socket on and turn it stale or try breaking the lug either way you will enjoy to replace the lug it should cost about 1.50 alot of times there is a tin boater over the steel nut and that is what strips if you get the boater off you can use a smaller size socketon the bare nut steam it up then spray wd 40 on it and repeat the heat will swell the metal and draw the grease into the threads care ful not to heat up brake componets and be prepared within case of fire the hammer and chisle method will definately work but is frustrating lacking a good tool so dont be cheap buy a quality chisle and use a big sledge hammer it will come off easy

They have a tool i.e. used to remove wheel locks that is reverse threaded. They will drive it onto the lug nut, consequently twist it off. A suitable tire guy will be able to do this without tear up your wheel---they do it all the time.
Last time I had this done, it cost me something like $5.00, and another couple of bucks for a new lug nut. It took them less than 5 minutes. Good luck!
